Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unused, and that bowling balls have not been drilled or customized.

Request a Return Authorization

Log into your account or contact our support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items with the RMA slip included inside the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
