How long does shipping take for bowling balls?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-drilled balls may require an additional 2-3 days for processing before they are dispatched.
Do you offer professional drilling services?
Yes, we offer custom drilling services for all bowling balls purchased through our store. You can provide your measurements during the checkout process or visit one of our physical locations.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. However, once a bowling ball has been drilled or used on the lanes, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.
How do I choose the right ball weight?
A general rule of thumb is to choose a ball that is 10% of your body weight, up to a maximum of 16 lbs. If you are between weights, we recommend consulting our online sizing guide or speaking with a pro-shop expert.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
